Where is the LOG IN icon/button ?

Have filled in email three times?

The email is sometimes delivered to your junk mail or spam folder

I’ve got those. Have no Safari on iPhone

What happens when you click the ‘Log in to Monzo’ button in your email? Does it open another browser?

nothing happens, doesn’t link

a possible fix for an unusual problem is to delete your Monzo app, switch off your phone , switch on your phone and re install the Monzo app

then

login on the already received your card screen ,
enter your email address that you originally registered - check its the right one :wink:
you should then get an email has been sent to your email address screen
wait for the email to arrive into your email box on your phone - if it doesn’t arrive check your junk mail box on your phone.
then on your phone tap the login to Monzo - which should take you through directly to the app

If this doesn’t work I suggest emailing help@getmondo.co.uk and explain your problem and hopefully they will sort you out

Which app are you using for email. I have had problems with the Gmail app not opening the link properly while trying to login in to Monzo. The fix for this is to ‘Open the link in Safari’. But I dont understand how your iPhone has no Safari :thinking:

iOS 10 you can ‘delete’ any app you wish including the standard stock apps like Safari and Mail etc.

Safari is an app you can not “delete” (hide really) in iOS 10. To remove Safari, you would have to disable it in settings under General -> Restrictions or load a configuration profile that does the same in the restrictions payload.
