My card was blocked as someone from Dubai tried to pay for something so got a new card sent out now I have received this card and activated it and now my new card has been blocked too please help
I suspect what’s happened here is that Monzo’s automatic detections kicked in after you replaced the card, so they’ve cancelled and replaced the new one as a precaution.
This happened to a few folks following a suspected Lyca breach. Folks replaced their cards, then soon after, Monzo spotted a pattern and replaced their cards again.
This can happen sometimes. It’s normal.
I just got my new card today and don’t know how to start a thing with them to talk to them if u kwam? How do I start a new conversation with them to talk direct so you know ?
Have managed to start a new conversation just waiting to hear back why new card is now blocked
