Hey! i recently requested a refund which i did recieve but monzo did also block my card. I have ordered a new one but inwas just wondering what happnes after i get the card does that unblock my account? im not sure of what to do?
Getting a refund doesn’t block a card.
You can freeze a card.
Monzo can replace your card. Activating it will mean you’re back to normal.
You’ve given such little detail it’s hard to be sure. Talk to Monzo and ask them.

If you’ve requested a refund due to fraud, then we’ll block your card to prevent any further payments being taken.
Once you get your new card and activate it in the app you can use it as normal. While you wait for your new card, you’ll be able to send and receive payments as normal, unless we’ve asked you to secure your account.
