I was recently a victim of fraud on my account so Monzo cancels my card and sent me a new one. In the mean time I’ve requested some refunds one from shein and one from a wristband from a festival in Portugal I’ve yet to receive either is this because I now have a new card?
Your new card doesn’t impact refunds, as they still allocate back to the account they were paid. Refunds typically take up to 10 working days, usually paid back within 3-5 though.
Monzo will typically ask you to wait 14 days (10 working days) before they will take a look.
