where is the information on how to set up a monzo account by transfer money from your bank to you account?

Hey Andrea 
once you’ve created & activated your Monzo account (you’ll need to receive your card first), you can top up your account with a normal bank transfer.
You’ll find your account details in the Account tab, just send the money from your old bank as usual. Tap Add Money & you should see this -
You can also top up your account from your old bank’s card in the Account tab. But this costs Monzo money so if you can avoid it, please do
