Help please I want to cancel a standing order that comes out every month but does not show up in schedule payments so I can’t find a way to cancel. Thank you
Is it a standing order or is it a continuous payment authority which you signed up to using the long card number?
If it’s a CPA you can ask the company to camel it, if they won’t you can also contact Monzo via chat to ask for it to be cancelled.

It’s an animal trust that my kids no longer like going to. It says it’s a standing order. I think I signed up to it on first visit can’t remember if it was card details or bank details to sign up.
If it’s not showing as a standing order in the app then it’s highly likely it was done as a CPA then.
