My Halloween movie marathon 2: The revenge 🦇 🎃

Don’t call it a reboot :eyes:

Back in 2022, I shared my horror movie marathon and that ordeal is back again to haunt you all.

We will watch 13 films throughout October, ranging from those best viewed with a stiff drink to laughable fake blood fests.

(Yes we really like goth stuff 24/7)

My partner and I have chosen six films each, with the last being a wild card that you can all feel free to suggest.

Feel free to share your recommendations if you’re getting into horror movies this spooky season.

Been thinking back to all the horrors I’ve seen this year for a standout, and the one that comes to mind for me is Tarot. Not on any streaming services in the uk though, so would need to buy, rent, or…

Probably my favourite horror release of the year though, that’s likely to fly under most people’s radar. From the bigger releases, A quiet place day one. It has a cat in it so…

So first up is tonight’s viewing of Dog Soldiers :wolf:

I don’t think it gets enough credit for how much fun it is and gruesome.

Some big hitters in the cast as well - Kevin McKidd, Sean Pertwee and Liam Cunningham. Plus the director also directed The Descent which is top tier but not in this month’s hit list.

Pretty good list, I really liked Sinister but hate what they did with the sequel.

Yeah got to be the 1st one! 2nd one meh flopped, there is a reason number 3 never happened.

To be fair, could say the same about most of your list, meh sequels.

Rocky Horror Picture Show is all I’m willing to watch.

The only adaptation of that I’ve seen was a high school stage production back in the 2000s. It was quite a decent show for a high school to be fair.

Never seen it, don’t even know what it’s about.

The lack of culture you two exhibit!

Probably too young to know it tbh.
