Because of lockdown, I’ve not used my Monzo card. As well as a new email address, I have also moved house. I can prove my identity and still use the same account that I transferred money into my Monzo account from. How do I contact/speak to someone to sort this out? Please help!

The only way to solve this would be to send an email to help@monzo.com.
No one on here can help you solve this unfortunately as we’re just a community.
