It matters because creating a fake account gives the impression that two people have the same issue (& want to take the same approach to raising it), rather than one.

That may not seem significant but since only 5% of Monzo users are active members of the community, I assume that if one user raises something, thereā€™s probably another 19 who would have too, if they were here.

Anyway, Iā€™m not sure why Iā€™m explaining that because you know why you created the 2nd account already! The timing of the last couple of posts makes it obvious that, thatā€™s what youā€™ve done here.

Iā€™ll leave this question for someone whoā€™s more interested in discussing that topic.

Yes, thought you would alright, your would prefer to rant on about peopleā€™s accounts and conveniently ignore the actual issue which needs addressing. And by the way, I wasnā€™t the one who started this thread, Oxygen brought it up on 2-01-17 and was also ignored.
You know my friend, this minuscule Monzo ā€˜Feedbackā€™ discussion board isnā€™t the only one on the internet, there are many other watch dog websites out there. Think Iā€™m finished here, wasted enough valuable time.

They have no difficulty with wasting peoples time and then try to defend it. Thatā€™s how arrogant they are.

This seems like a good opportunity to take some time out from this discussion. Hopefully we can get back to constructive feedback after taking a breather.
