Morrisons Petrol vs. Morrisons Grocery

Morrisons supermarket and Morrisons Petrol category

I can’t remember this happening before but at least recently the categories for Morrisons supermarket and Morrisons Petrol seems to get mixed up e.g if I last shopped at Morrisons Petrol and I set the category to transport when I next shop at Morrisons supermarket the category comes up as transport too and vice versa. Is there a way this can’t be separated? The full name of the merchant at least mentions one is petrol.

Why can't Monzo differentiate between supermarket grocery & fuel spend?

Folks, One for the wish list - I would love for Monzo to correctly differentiate and categorise grocery versus fuel spending at the major supermarkets. I know that at Tesco and Sainsburys, fuel station transactions usually have ‘PFS’ appended to the supplier name, so surely Monzo should be able to see that these are petrol and not grocery transactions? I’m a long distance driver, so am constantly forgetting to re-categorise these and am having groceries marked as fuel and vice versa. Come on…

Supermarket Fuel vs Store Transactions

It is a mixed one and I’d love to see this improved eventually.
