Monzo verification code does not work

Hi,

After changing phone the Monzo verification code does not work sent email to help@monzo.com and no reply after 5 days. What do I do???

Did you get a magic link email when you installed the app or what happened?

You can also call them 0800 802 1281 :slight_smile:

As @Rat_au_van says, you should have received a magic link in an e-mail. I know that is still the system as I have just done it. R-
