Issue: the money i used to purchase an item was refunded by monzo. days/ weeks later it was requested again, but my funds in the account were insufficient hence I was not charged any pence. is there anything i should do?

usually when you make a payment the merchant has 7 days to accept/process the funds, if that doesn’t happened the bank will return back the money to your account, however the merchant can request that money again at anytime, this is normal with all banks.
