Can anyone say how long it is before you get another Golden Ticket? I used mine for my son, and he registered and got his card a couple of weeks ago, but has only just activated the account (away with Army). His account is active and I’ve sent him money but it still says I’ll get a new ticket soon.

My golden ticket was used but the app still seems to think that I need to wait for them to use it to get a new one. Strange.

I had to get In-app Chat to sort the same problem re waiting for the ticket to be used. They gave me a Golden Ticket but when I cleared the message in the transaction list it reverted to a coming soon Ticket again. So they gave me another and I had to leave the message alone.
