Are you signed into the app with the same email as your monzo/plus account ? - I assume you’re a plus customer right ?

Yes, I wouldn’t be asking if I wasn’t a Plus member.
No survey for me yet 
I even checked my spam folder where most Monzo emails go for some reason

Nope, nothing for me either and I checked everywhere. Quite disappointing, I was keen to attend after missing the last one. And to get some swag too, which I also missed. I must not be here as often as I used to…

I think there are 2 issues, one where Plus users didn’t receive the survey and another where Plus users didn’t receive an invite to the upcoming Plus event.
I’ve had the email event invite but not the in app survey.
