Monzo Plus Card Activation

Issue: Activating new plus card on Personal account doesn’t work when starting from Joint account.

Details to reproduce: When looking at joint account, selecting “plus” icon to activate card, enter card number, instructions ask for the current pin from ‘personal account’ ~ enter pin, and this returns back to enter new card number ~ nothing happens. When trying the same but starting from looking at the personal account, and then selecting plus icon, activation works.
