My new card won’t activate after entering correct 16 digit card number and my four digit pin

Is this a new card for a new account? It should just ask for the main number and reconfirm the card pin?

Are you entering the card pin (not the phone pin) correctly? What does it say when you do?

If it’s the new style joint account card I had this same issue. Closed out and tried a few times and it eventually worked

It’s a replacement card. I type in the correct card number and PIN number and it says “ we weren’t able to activate your replacement card at this time”

Go to help, type “Contact” and then press “Contacting Us” and speak to Monzo.
