I’ve been using Monzo for my sole account for about 6 months now, and liked it so much we’re switching over to manage all our finances by setting up a joint account with my wife.
Both our new joint account cards were received this morning. My wife’s was activated first time in her app, but every-time I try to activate mine I get the message “There was a problem. User authentication required”.
I’ve tried closing the app, and also a hard reboot of the phone (iPhone 8, latest iOS). But always the same result.
Anybody experience the same thing, and if so, how did you get it working?
