I had set Monzo loan repayments to collect from a specific pot (this was acknowledged in the scheduled payment details in the app). Despite being enough money in this pot, the repayment was instead incorrectly collected from the main account.
This frustratingly undermines the use of pots to organise money.
Please fix.
While it doesnāt fix the route cause, isnāt your loan repayment on the same date every month?
If so, just set a scheduled withdrawal from your pot 
Havenāt had a loan so I donāt know the answer, but does it work the same as Virtual Cards, or Direct Debits?
Where the payment comes direct from the pot (VC), or Monzo transfers the money to your main account first and then takes the payment from your main account (DD)?
Are you saying that neither of these scenarios happened at all?
Does it still show as being paid from that pot in the āschedules paymentsā tab now?
