I got the tickets (got the confirmation email from Eventbrite) and then immediately got another email saying ‘order cancelled’ and my tickets have disappeared from the eventbrite app. Has anyone faced this?
That’s strange. Might want to contact Monzo about that.
Did you use the same email that’s attached to your monzo account?
Yup. Same email add.
For some bizarre reason, wasn’t able to do it via their app, it kept failing or not showing the tickets. Or when it did give the tickets it said it’s been taken when I try to reserve it.
I then went to the website via the link in the email and got the product event straight away.
All was fine this time in that regard. Thanks Naji

Well at least I have a solid handle on that point now
If you manage to beat the rush to select the green button it puts your ticket(s) in a queue that last eight minutes
So you were spot on with the timing to pick up a first wave of automated releases!
Ah think my mistake! Registered for both streams… so much for not reading the complete event description!! Need to wait for the next round now

If I manage to get a ticket to the product event on next release, could I cancel the business ticket immediately after and not have them cancelled?
I’d prefer the product stream, but now have a business ticket. Would rather to go to something than nothing!
Can’t you just sign up for a new account with a different email address?
