Monzo in-app chat

Hi everyone,

The quick in-app chat is one of my favourite things about Monzo’s customer service.

However today, I was going get some help on the in-app chat where I noticed that the estimated response times had changed. From what I remember, I always would get an estimated 10 minutes wait, now it’s says 30 mins. Is this a permanent change?

Hey Rooz!

The estimated response time is dynamic and adapts in real time based upon how many support conversations are in our queue :slight_smile:

As you can tell, it’s a bit busier today!
