When using the help chat to reslove an issue can take some time to get a response, which isn’t a problem I can understand waiting for response however is there a away of ending the chat if the issue as been resloved in the wait for the response. If there isn’t I think it would be a good mechanic to have as having a chat open that is no longer needed will just make others waiting time increase and the customer waiting for a response that isn’t needed anymore.

There currently is no “end chat” button as such, however you could always just drop them a quick reply to the intitial message to let them know that you’re request is now resolved.
