I’ve been sent invite for Monzo Flex, but the link doesn’t open. It says. Has anyone else had this problem?
Do you mean the notification won’t work, have you tried it in app. I’d be tempted to uninstall the app then download again. Just in case that resolves the bug.
Hi, I think you can head to the account overview screen, by tapping your profile icon in the top left of the home tab. And then scroll down to ‘flex’ and you should be able to enter the same section as the notification would take you too. Hope that helps!
Are you checking your email on your phone, or on your computer?
The link goes to the Monzo app, so if you’re trying to click on it on a computer, that’s why it won’t be working.
If that’s not the problem and you are on your phone, just open the Monzo app and the Flex invite should be visible in your feed, and you can tap it there to start the application process.
