Monzo Flex card not updating design after upgrading to Premium

Issue: I have recently upgraded from Plus to Premium and activated my new card within the app. I removed my Plus card from Apple Pay and added Premium with no issues.
However, when doing the same with Flex it stays the design of the tier you had when applying for Flex.

Details to reproduce: Upgrade tier (plus to premium), activate new card in app. Flex card in card summary / flow is updated but not in the Flex manage tab, causing Apple Pay to add the previous (Plus) card design.

OS: iOS 15.2
Device: iPhone 13 Pro Max
App Version: 4.12.0 (latest)
