mail.a139.static.mgsend.net which you use to send sign-in emails has been blacklisted by hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com
That’s a problem you’ll need to address as it’s a popular blacklist check.
I have taken the liberty of submitting a removal request at hostkarma.junkemailfilter.com. You’ll need to dig into why this happened in the first place. I have, (publically available ) but not going to post here.

The monzo email re: debit card top ups went in to my spam folder. I use outlook mail (hotmail)
That’s different. Am referring to the sign-in email.
While I am still here, Monzo, can you implement dmarc on monzomail.com for crying out loud.

Am I doing something wrong the IP of http://mail.a139.static.mgsend.net/ and of monzomail.com say clean in the spam lookup on the site?
