Hi,
I recently applied for the Customer Support Senior Manager position based in Cardiff. I received an e-mail acknowledging my online application advising I would hear in three weeks. Three weeks has passed but I haven’t heard anything and as it’s a no reply e-mail address and struggling to find a point of contact.
I’m wondering if you can point me in the right direction please?

I had the same thing when I applied last year (for a SWE role, mind), never heard back from them (despite the email saying I’d hear back in three weeks) and couldn’t find anyway to contact them. Hope it works out better for you!

Sooooo… I applied for a Remote role earlier this year, but the application was put on hold cause they were changing requirements. Was a bit gutted, but I put that behind me (not letting one small hiccup get between me and the bank I believed in enough to invest). Checked the jobs page out of interest this weekend, and found remote roles back up again. Hmm! Piqued my interest, so I emailed back to the people I heard from earlier this year.
The good news is, I’ve been bumped straight up to the position I would have been at earlier this year, and am attending an assessment day in two weeks. Quite excited, and makes up for my original mild disappointment!

After an amazing visit down at the Cardiff office (and mainly admiring the sausage dog wondering around the office), my start date for Monzo is now in 2 weeks!
