Monzo App

Hi all

Anyone else having issues with the app update? My Monzo app isn’t sending me my login email, so I’ve no way to access my account on my phone (a tad self-defeating!).

Input appreciated. As are any other Monzo app issues.

Check your spam/junk folder as for some reason they are getting flagged up as spam.

Ha. That wasn’t the issue originally, problem was the server not recognising my email address (so I’ve had to change to another).

However, your suggestion was useful, as with the new email address it went straight into junk!
