Thanks for your reply! That makes a whole lot of sense. Great to understand what the issue was in more detail, though - I do feel communication should have been a lot better in the first instance.

The reason the fraud question came up, is recently the following happened to my account:
In this instance, I was told by Mondo there was a bug preventing transaction on my account, when in actual fact it transpired it was the anti-fraud measures on your / Wirecard’s side.
