Confirming Card Information

I’m on the last step of signing up for a Monzo card. However, autocorrect has changed my surname and the last step is asking me to confirm my name and address - I cannot change it though. Any ideas on what to do?

Force close the app and try again?

I have tried that - doesn’t work!


Get in touch with and they’ll change it on their end. Might be worth reporting a bug as well as auto correct should never be enabled for name fields.


Have you tried to reinstall Monzo application?
