Missing cashback and no response from help in app

Hi,

I was in a Beefeater restaurant and paid with Monzo, expecting 10% cashback. The transaction appeared incorrectly as “Bar n Block”, despite the restaurant signs and menus saying “Beefeater” and the receipt saying “Beefeater”. I can send a copy of this receipt to prove this.

I queried this in the app and it was rejected without reading my comments.

I have now tried to ask for further help in the app chat and I haven’t had a single response since I asked on Monday. The in-app help is totally ignoring me.

Could somebody please look into this cashback properly, and also fix the in-app help? I can’t raise any other query in the help as it just keeps going back to this same chat that hasn’t had a single response.

Tap the transaction, scroll down, press “fix name or location” and do that.

Once (if) they correct it, you’ll get your cashback.

Hi Revels. Thanks for that. I eventually got a response via the Twitter account and then got a response in the app which suggested what you’ve said, so I’ve tried that. I’ll see what happens.

I have just brought takeaway using just eat and my 7% cashback hasn’t registered have let monzo know and they are looking into it but could take upto 40 days until i get a response :thinking:

Last time I did that it was sorted really quick. I’d allow for the Bank Holiday but fingers crossed it’s fixed soon.

Just an update, I got a response via Twitter and a few DMs then got somebody to look into it and I got the cashback a couple of days later.
