After a few months now, even with being kept in a leather wallet, my card doesnā€™t look too bad. Itā€™s certainly got a bit of a leather tinge but thatā€™s on the front and the back (where itā€™s not in contact with leather at all)
The effect is a bit like a nicotine stained wall.

My main concern though is that my card has developed a bit of a ā€œclickā€ and a ever so slight bubble over the back of where the chip is. If I rub my finger over the back of the chip area it makes a click/pop sound thatā€™s perfectly audible.

I noticed it as I was getting the card out of the wallet, any sort of pressure at all, no matter how light seems to result in a click noise behind the chip area and Iā€™m worried this could lead to failure.

Anyone else had anything similar?

I have not had anything similar thatā€™s strange. Might be worth making Monzo aware.

I am not a fan of the colour of the card. It would be much better in silver or black in my opinion. I certainly will never replace it. I use google pay mostly

Before they closed my account my card was fine the orange was all there
