Merchant is asking for authorization code

My partner paid for an airline ticket for our daughter on her Monzo card. The airline has contacted my daughter because the card and passenger don’t match up. I guess under Know Your Customer regs.

They are asking my daughter to provide the authorization code for the transaction but when my partner checks in Monzo it’s not showing (I presume it’s the string at the very bottom of transactions) and I think this is likely because the transaction is pending.

Where can we find the authorization code for the transaction?

Help > Contacting Support > follow the guide to initiate a chat and then ask for the transaction reference number.
