It’s all over the place at the moment and even if you do submit a correction you’ll be waiting a while to see any change, also if it does get updated don’t hold hope that it will stay like that as it has a way of bouncing back to how it was beforehand.

Locations all over the place (ATMs and some national chains for instance), company names changing, logos wrong or never updated.
The point at which I gave up was after I made a card payment to Bank of Scotland to pay my credit card and it appeared as Royal Bank of Scotland with the RBS logo. I submitted a correction a few times but after such a long time only the name has updated. It still makes me wonder what this is if I have to scroll back that far… I know I’ve never had anything to do with RBS.
I’ve wondered a number of times recently over the value of this data when it can be manipulated so easily and is frequently incorrect. Some of the logos make the feed look messy too and I wonder whether having Monzo-created category logos would look better. It would then allow time to be focused on getting the more important data such as names in a better state.

Paid for both of those through the Amex app. Seems weird the different, unless it’s preparations for the card integration

It could be worth messaging the COps and asking them to combine them.

MBNA Credit Card payments are going a bit funny at the minute, since Oct 2018. The names changed three times. ‘MBNA Ltd’, ‘Mbna’, now its ‘MBNA Credit card’. However when you click see all payments the one with the exact same name are the only ones that show
It’s got to the point that I just leave it now I can’t deal with the hassle of the names constantly doing 180’s or 360’s in some cases.
I sent feedback in the app on this 2 weeks ago - the naming issue was updated fairly quickly back to just “Lidl”, but my submission of a logo suggestion (from Lidl’s Twitter) has been ignored. I tried submitting it again about a week ago but still my transactions at Lidl’s are logo-less.
All I can say is good luck with that if and when it gets updated it will be in parts as you’ve noticed there’s some on my list and on other users list were we’ve been waiting months it’s a simple change but it just doesn’t seem like it’s a thing anymore priority has gone else where which is upsetting to say the least.
I’ve had 2 changed within hours in the last week. 1 was name and this morning a name and logo

Now that’s the trick, oddly enough when I’ve submitted some whilst I’m on break in the afternoon they got updated then but nothing since lol.
They do them when it’s quiet so i think if they get the request at a quiet time it’s more likely to get done and not get lost in the system
You’d think if they are completing these when it’s quiet though that they’d be working through a backlog rather than just doing the ones that were sent through at that exact moment?
Hmm, nope. I don’t use round-up! 
I have a feeling requests disappear from the backlog after a certain amount of time or that the backlog can only hold a certain number of requests.
