What do you mean by the feedback side?
With Merchant things we have two sides.
Merchant Review and Merchant Review Feedback.
The difference is that when you report something wrong it goes under the feedback group. When you make a payment using a new terminal we haven’t seen before it goes under Merchant Review.

Is it possible to get the Roadchef merchant data locked somehow?
All transactions from any stores at a Roadchef have the same transaction details of ROADCHEF M SERV UPAY L ROCHESTER GBR regardless of which Roadchef you’ve used. (UPAY are a hospitality services company).
Unfortunately people are submitting merchant location corrections all the time, which means every time I look at my transactions they have changed location. Ideally it would be set with no location data, and modification requests would be rejected.

Yoyo Wallet (YOYO WALLET LTD LONDON GBR) has morphed into HOP Vietnamese today!
Not sure how to submit a correction since it should be an online transaction but now displays with a physical location.
