It used to be like this for the Crewe store and petrol station and, honestly, I quite liked it because I could tell the difference between the petrol station and the store in my feed. Now I tag them all with #petril so that also works lol
I believe @anon87951654 who was heavily involved in doing these recently is now on holiday and is also nearing the end of her temporary employment?
Other than being told that they are aggressively hiring new people as we speak there are no other updates. It’s also hard to know timescales or even if your amends have been approved because there is no feedback system for merchant update requests.
If I was you I’d just resubmit it and keep your fingers crossed that they catch it this time.

At the moment it takes about 5 days to process merchant feedback. Feel free to DM me the email you use for Monzo and I’ll take a look into anything you’ve sent over. We still have a team working on these types of tasks, just a bit less capacity this week 
You’re definitely right on the feedback piece, at the moment the only way to see if this changed is to look in your feed. This is actually something we’re discussing in the team next week as we’d really like to be able to show this. It might be a little while until it’s done, but it’s definitely on our radar!
Is there a way of improving just the name of a company? At the moment, you have to enter an address too but that’s not always the issue.
I could be being pedantic but, for example, London North Eastern Railway gets cut off when really LNER will suffice as a name and looks much neater. I can’t suggest this without entering an address too.
Also is there a way of improving just the address & location?
Sometimes I’ve used the Google maps functionality to get the correct address and location, changing the name to the wrong name in the process, then had to change the name again with a second submission.
You should be able to do this already if want to update just a name. This could be clearer though to be fair.
If you just want to update the name, select “Add merchant details manually” and only leave a name suggestion 
We have a quick check of all the information we hold for a merchant whenever a task comes through, rather than just the suggestion, but if you want to focus on one thing in particular you can ignore/delete the other fields
@awjdean as I mentioned we have a quick check of all the information, so if using Google Maps changes the name we should be picking up on this

It’s usually the address changing to the wrong thing when trying to change the location using Google Maps.
If I come across an example of a name changing, I’ll DM you.
On 2FA AllPay comes through as PEABODY TRUST which is confusing for users who have never head of it before (it confused me when paying my rent via the AllPay website)

Has anyone had their income/salary beautified in the last few days at all? I’ve submitted mine 3 times now since about 29th September, but nothing’s changed yet. I dunno how much back log they are in though
