Fair, assuming on this, some are labelled correctly and some not?

Yes that’s right. For example I have two Sainsbury’s, one all lovely and correct and another with no logo and the name Sainsburys1837493. The are a few others as well.

That was the same issue I was having, I thought by submitting the correction it would update my merchants view in Trends to group those transactions back under the main merchant name instead of having the duplicate merchant entries in the list, but they never updated.

At least the category change is instant.

The logo for Harry’s (the online razor company) is now a random shop with the same name :joy: submitted the mistake, but I don’t have much optimism

I now want to track down that Harry’s shop in the photo…

@tjvr hey, do you have any insights as to why merchant corrections have ground to a halt?

It seems to do this periodically. Isn’t it still a bit of a side quest for staff when they’re in a bit of a quiet period?

Seems like it these days some haven’t been updated in donkeys, others have lost enrichment and some have been changed to other merchants that don’t match up so hope they do eventually clean these up.

I had heard that too. Though I don’t recall zero updates, including the likes of Sainsbury’s where the logo is in their database. This feels more deliberate to stop updating.

I track the few I submitted and to be honest none have been changed in years:

Having returned to monzo and put some through, none seem to have been updated. I remember doing one ages ago and it was completed same 5 minutes.

I forgot monzo does the hour out thing.

I’m guessing this agent is offshore or doesn’t use monzo at all. The internal guidebook should surely help them?

Hopefully you can flag to the team to update some of the other corrections that have been submitted :crossed_fingers:t4: seems like the enrichment has been forgotten about for such a long time now

I noticed that the correct logo appears on the app purchase, but not on the purchase made on the bus. I submitted feedback and tried searching for the company, hoping to find it already listed, as it has the correct logo on the app purchase. However, I couldn’t find the company which is odd :thinking:

When the charge goes through fully it will update.
