Is it possible to look into The Southern Co-operative again the address still states somewhere then the address follows also the logo on the Twitter has updated.

No, I’ve cleared my cache and tried a reset … I’ll maybe re-download the app when I get home from work and see if that fixes it
Not sure if I need to post this in another part of the forum … but is there anything that could be done with Tesco (buying in stores) and Tesco (paying your credit card) …
When I’m paying my credit card off it categorizes it as Tesco and then under Groceries - I know I can change it but the references do show it …?
Tesco and Tesco Bank - do have their own twitters and logos:
They should stay as the finance provider…

I had this conversation internally, and as they can provide many different finances it needs to stay as the provider.
Same with any Direct Debit companies used, as many companies will use them. Ie 
I was surprised to hear that you could enrich it tbh when GoCardless wasn’t possible even though they pass the merchant name. Here’s hoping over the coming years merchant data gets a big upgrade and we can get things like this!
IMO merchant data such as Barclays Partner Finance should always stay as such because the loan/ finance agreement you’ve taken out is with them not with the merchant you’ve had your iPhone etc from.
Companies like go card less which collect direct debits and pass them onto the merchant should be enriched if possible as the merchant name is unique to identify. If it’s not clear leave it as go cardless

Is there a way of getting rid of a logo without adding a new one?
I went to a small cafe in Paris and the logo has come up with Starbucks France. It wasn’t at all… but I don’t know the cafe to suggest a different logo.
Also I actually went to Starbucks too and that logo is the normal one. Not a small one with a France on it. Weird.

I’ve given up entirely with mine. I only wanted one updating but it doesn’t warrant the huge amount of time and effort that I’ve needed to put in. I’d hate to imagine what that would be like with multiple merchants. In the end I think I must have sent the request in at least 5 times and had lengthy discussions on here about it spread over a week and it still isn’t 100%.
@anon87951654 has been fantastic and it isn’t her fault at all. The tools that she has been given don’t appear to be good enough for her to do the job effectively, which is a great shame.
As a result I won’t be submitting anymore until the system is improved.
