I might have caused this problem by signing up for the Developer Portal with my business email address, where my original email used for the app was my personal email address. So I think that’s the error. Just a hunch at this point, nobody on app support will help me.
I was able to successfully sign in to the portal last week using “the wrong email” via magic link, but now I can’t sign in using either email, the magic link always gives that popup and error, then returns to a plain blue background.
I think something needs to be reset somewhere. Should I try the advice I’ve read about uninstalling the app and reinstalling it again?
It seems uninstalling & reinstalling the app, then re-approving access, was the answer to this issue.

Now I have all the secrets noted down and registered two webhooks (I have three accounts, trying to access two of them)
I’m having a different issue when trying to auth the app I’ve created… it directs to the email “Magic link” page.
“Enter your email to get access
We’ll send you a secure magic link to get access.”
enter email, click Get magic link,
“Woops!
There was a problem with the page.”
More info reveals:
“Network error”
I’ve tried disabling Tailscale – no change
I’ve tried logging out of the Playground (which was still open & logged in) – no change
Is there any kind of rate limit on authorising apps?
Is this not permitted for business bank accounts (both are business accounts, both seem to be reported back through the Developer Portal)?
