Same as mine. I’ve tried to hard wire it too as I have a USC-C to USB-A cable but no luck. I tried pairing it through Bluetooth and it paired but still no luck.
omg, that’s not nice
Yup, exactly the same. USB connected and no indication that Sidecar is even a thing
Can’t help but feel it should’ve been announced like this:
Ok so now everything is ok however where is all my music, I paid for match and I have Apple Music only which I don’t want to use.
I have my old iTunes Match. Check its on in the setting. You can also disable Apple Music by restricting it.
Can’t see it anywhere?
iTunes Match should work with this ticked. Make sure you have logged in and activated the laptop again if needed.
Apple Music disappears with this ticked.
This is it gone!

Are you sure you have logged in? I’ve just logged out of my iTunes account in the Music app and the option disappears. Account, then sign in (and activate if needed).
I just looked and it was using my icloud.com email instead of my other one (wish we could merge them
)
Its stupid you cant merge them. I used to have 2 and about 5 years ago I spent a small fortune re-buying all my apps so I just had one.
Have you got iOS 13 on your iPad?
Yup.
Weird. Maybe initial Beta hasn’t got it quite right!
What is this drives thing in the taskbar?
I am connected to my NAS but it doesn’t show there.
Mine just lists my Macbook Pro’s DVD drive but doesn’t recognise a USB drive or DMG to eject.
Yeah, it’s constantly empty on mine. Probably either half-implemented, or it’s for Mac’s with optical drives and is bugged.
Same here. Haven’t had anything in there yet, with either a network mounted drive or a USB stick.
Most of the OS updates feel the same. Similar to if you get the iphone 6 then upgrade to the 7. Not much really different. Still feels the same, looks similar, has the same OS etc. you get my drift.
