Anyone know how to get rid? Keeps popping up on my partners Macbook Air and neither of us know the password. They are always on top and highly annoying. Tried Google to no avail. Any ideas?

My keychain packed in last week, was a nightmare. A few restarts and some updates later and it was okay again. Annoying having to find passwords for everything again!
