Lost account? Cannot log in


Today I tried to log in. It asked for my email address, and finally says there are 17000 people ahead of me. So I uninstalled, reinstalled, same thing. What do I do?

First off, make sure that the email address you’re entering in is exactly the same one you originally registered your card with.

If you are sure all is correct there, email support directly at help@monzo.com and they will be able to get you back on the right track. The community here don’t have access to the internal tools and data that support does!
