Hi, I just change my phone ! Then I tried to login in the app but it shows my that Monzo can’t offer my an account at the moment? What should I do ? I already have an account

Are you trying to login to the app using a registered (Monzo) email address?
It looks from your report that Monzo won’t give you a new account - have you had an authorised/active Monzo account before now?

If you have an active Monzo account, then try to login with those details.

Sounds like you’ve gone through the registration process instead of logging in.

This happens when you use the wrong email address. Make sure the email address you use to log in is the one you originally registered with
