Locked out of app magic link doesn’t work

My iPhone updated I am now locked out of my app and the magic link button is not working on my phone this has happened before when I got a new phone and now it’s not working I have spoken to a person at Monzo they can’t help I have to send an email please help I can’t access my business account

Can you long hold on the magic link to copy link, and paste it into your web browser? Does that redirect it to the app?

Only other suggestion would be to delete the monzo app, restart your device and reinstall to try again.
