Limited Support Hours for Prepaid Cards

I’m still on the prepaid system.

When I initiate a chat, I now get a pop-up saying support is limited outside 9am-6pm… which is fine… except I’ve sent 2 messages on Friday, one out of hours and one at 5pm. Neither have even been read.

How limited is your limited support supposed to be?

I’ve just passed this on so someone should reach out shortly if they haven’t already done so.

I am on prepaid as well and today I got a reply in chat within 5 minutes.
