Known issues / bugs ๐Ÿ›๐Ÿœ๐Ÿž

Surely any merchant, at least in UK, that advertises that they accept MasterCard cannot block this type of card without falling foul of trading standards? Have you spoken to them for the remaining merchants blocking the card?

I have used ATMs in America with successโ€ฆ

its mostly ATMs that ask you to take your card out before selecting amount and pin - such as some Triton branded ones.

Bit me in the :peach: at a dog racing track in Sheffield this weekend.

Still have a problem when I get a notification but the app doesnโ€™t update to include that new spending. Only way I have fixed this so far is to download the app again. Is this a known :beetle: ?

Just noticed a bug with in app chat. Not sure if itโ€™s iOS 10 related. When I send a message it just shows a blank blue box. I need to close the chat and open it again to get it to load.

PS thanks to Yehudi for the awesome support!
PPS no judging me on my frequently used emoticons!

I have found the above to be an issue also, within many apps which use Intercom, but only since using iOS 10.

Aside from that, I have been having some problems with using Mondo in my local Tesco (69-89 Mile End Road, E1 4TT). The self checkout machines consistently work perfectly, but if I am served by a person, the card machine fails the first time I use Mondo with contactless, then succeeds if I try again immediately following the failure.

I have observed this behavior probably 5-10 times now. Itโ€™s 100% consistent. Quite odd.

The Mondo app does not show the failed transaction in the feed - only the successful one. So I guess it is some kind of connection failure.

Iโ€™m just down the road from there so Iโ€™m going to try that store myself and see if I can replicate the issue.

Rather off topic here but how are you finding iOS 10? :grinning:

Good but very very buggy which is to be expected, same as MacOS Sierra and I wonโ€™t even get on to WatchOS 3

Finding it really good so far, very few issues and bugs which is surprising for a first beta from Apple! WatchOS 3 working almost perfectly, it has some major overdue improvements and itโ€™s great to have much faster apps on there and better display of healthkit data.

WatchOS 3 works well but I donโ€™t like that the friends bit has gone and the place to send sketches etc.

you do it in the messages app in iOS. Not sure if you can actually send your heartbeat or if it a standard heartbeat that is sent.

the friends bit was likely the least used function on the device, seems to be far better suited to having pins of apps held open/auto refreshing and therefore instantly available.

Your heartbeat does seem to be sent in real time, the green LEDs to measure heat rate activate and Iโ€™ve also seen very high rate if Iโ€™ve sent while working out.

Yeah I saw that, I donโ€™t think all the features have been added yet as I canโ€™t see how to do the full screen messages.

Main thing I am waiting for is the auto unlock on Sierra but they left that off this build :frowning:

auto unlock was left out :frowning:

For the full screen messages, if you force press the send button, it gives you options for sending effects. All the iMessage features are there !

Yup, type in Apple Watch in the settings search and it will comes up but thatโ€™s allโ€ฆ I use MAC ID for now though.

I donโ€™t have 6S :frowning:

Randomly read this post today and noticed you said BrewDog Online block prepaid cards. Just wanted to point out to any other beer lovers reading this that I used my Mondo card to buy beers from BrewDogโ€™s online store last month and had no problems, so I guess this issue has been worked out with them and you can now use Mondo there. Cheers! :beers:

Had my first chip and pin decline today with a car park machine in Glasgow :frowning:

They are generally offline. I have yet to have a single car park machine work.

Ah thatโ€™s odd as it spat out an auth code and displayed instantly on my main bank account
