John Lewis (HSBC not new day) and Vanquis

Today I am unable to access my credit card account with both of the above. Vanquis say server problem, Does anybody know if they share the same server?

Nope, completely separate banking groups…

Both back online now, but rather odd that they appeared to go down, and later come back, within 5 minutes of each other.

Maybe they both use AWS or some similar common supplier?
