Job Application Follow up

Hello,
I have applied for a Job from the Monzo careers page. This says that I will hear back regardless of the outcome, and typically within three weeks. I haven’t received any follow-up and I can’t find any contact information to follow up with. Can you please help me find the correct place to follow up with this?

I think this is more of a thing businesses say they will do, however in practice I rarely see it.
