Issue with applying JA

My partner recently joined Monzo last month and we thought about getting a shared account. I pressed open joint account and the app crashed but when I reopened the application portal had vanished.

I checked my partners phone and did it off there but it says they’re not offering them at this moment. Have applications been paused and most importantly the bug where it vanished after the crash?

Crashing who knows why it did, but hey ho it did, you could try support to see if they can check, but don’t hold your breath.
