I requested an ISA Transfer from Marcus into Monzo back in August, the transfer is still in progress after more than 50 days.
Marcus hasn’t received the ISA Transfer request yet! (as of 10th of Oct)
Reaching out to Monzo, they asked me to contact Marcus and ask them for their email address and PO box where to send a paper form 
Anyone had the same issue?
Funny enough - after almost 80 days, Marcus still hasn’t received the ISA transfer request.
Monzo’s reply:
I’ve just checked on the status and the update as at yesterday 05/11/2024 is that we’re awaiting the cash along with the ISA History Form to arrive from Goldman Sachs International Bank.
Marcus hasn’t received anything so not sure what they’re waiting on!
Please don’t request an ISA transfer from goldman Sachs or it’s going to be as painful as it is for me…
