I have recently opened a new cash ISA with Paragon Bank (not via Monzo) but when I am trying to transfer my existing Monzo OakNorth ISA there, I get the following message from their form:
Is the message correct? Monzo doesn’t allow electronic transfers? Has anyone else experienced something similar?
Dont see why it wouldn’t be "correct " Monzo dont seem to be a registered member
- "once we receive your signed form we will contact your provider and your ISA will be transferred " seems to cover it
Thanks for taking the time to reply. If that is still true (the document is 16 months old), it seems like this could be improved in the future. It’s a shame that it’s so easy to create an ISA in Monzo but it’s not equally easy to transfer it out.
