iPhone 6 issue

Just received my Monzo card. When I try to activate my account, I receive the email to start. The “magic link” never works. I have been able to get started etc using my iPad 2. Anyone know what the problem is and is there a fix?

Is there a delay when you receive the email? The magic links expire after 10 minutes.

Are you on iOS 10 or above on your iPhone 6?

I’m on iOS 11.3. The “magic link” is never active.
